Hi, and welcome to Prana Massage. I am absolutely thrilled that you have chosen to book with us. Before you book, I would like to take care of a few house rules first. Please carefully read our Policy and Business regulations.

*Please Read Before Booking and Confirming your appointment*

Payment: At the time of your reservation, our appointment system asks for a credit or debit card to complete your reservation. A deposit of $40 is required, which will be sent to you at the end of your reservation, it must be paid at the time of sending the link, deposit not paid, appointment not accepted, We accept all forms of debit card, credit card, PayPal, Cash App, Zelle, Venmo or cash.

Cancellation Policy: You must cancel your appointment 24 hours before your session. Any appointment canceled outside of this policy will result in forfeiture of your deposit. If frequent rescheduling/cancellations occur you will have to pay the full amount for future appointments. For emergencies please contact me via text message at 803-979-7793.

Post Op Clients: Post-Op Clients: Please understand that I do not like working with other providers' work. This helps minimize the amount of contradictions in the body as it heals and allows me to properly identify how your body is healing. Please plan appropriately for the number of sessions you will like and I recommend booking in advance on my calendar. For the best post-operative offers, you can make an inquiry directly with me.

Late Policy: Please understand there is a 15 min grace period for all sessions. If you are beyond that 15min your appointment may require rescheduling as all clients are set on a specific time slot.

No Call/No Show: If you do not show up or call to cancel, you will lose your $40.00 deposit. Please understand that it is important to contact me and let me know your concerns. Please be respectful and provide updated information about your appointment. All service fees are non-refundable. However, credits will be given if you reschedule before 24 hours. We are human and I understand that there are emergencies, but please communication is the best option, if you call and I cannot answer, leave me a text message and I will get back to you as soon as possible. Card on File Policy: Cards are only kept in place for booking or if you have a massage membership with us.

Inappropriate Behavior Policy
Massage therapy is for relaxation and therapeutic purposes only. There is absolutely no sexual component to massage whatsoever. Any insinuation, joke, gesture, conversation, or request otherwise will result in immediate termination of your session and a refusal of any and all services in the future. You will be charged the full service fee regardless of the length of your session. Depending on the behavior exhibited we may also file a report with the local authorities if necessary. Treat your therapist with respect and dignity and you will be treated the same in return.
